Request for Proposals for Eviction Legal Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (LHA) West Lake Management LLC (WLM), West Lake Realty LLC (WLR), acting for itself, its instrumentalities, and its affiliates is questing proposals from licensed attorneys and law firms to provide eviction legal services. LHA/WLM/WLR intends to establish a pool of two (2) or more qualified licensed attorneys and/or law firms registered in the State of Florida. The awarded contract will be for a base period of one (1) year with two (2) additional one-year renewal options.

LHA/WLM/WLR reserves the right to award an unspecified number of contracts resulting from this Request for Proposals. Responses must be submitted by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday, December 5, 2024. The appropriate forms may be obtained by emailing a request to [email protected] or by visiting our website at https://lakelandhousing.org/Procurement.

Minority and Woman Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE) and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to respond to this and all LHA/WLM/WLR solicitations.
