The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland is a progressive agency with outstanding staff and expanding resources. We have been voted by Polk Works as the “Best Place to Work”, and awarded the “Spirit of the Family” award by the United Way of Central Florida.

Our primary function is in the area of rental property management, real estate development, and social services for lower income households.
