The Housing Authority of the City of
Lakeland (also known as the Lakeland Housing Authority or LHA) acting for
itself and/or for its various instrumentalities and affiliates is requesting
qualifications from architectural firms to provide architectural design services (A/E) for one 150 unit senior living
facility complex and one 130 unit, multiple building, affordable housing complex
that LHA may develop. The complete

UNIFORM PHYSICAL
CONDITIONS STANDARDS (UPCS) INSPECTION SERVICES |
The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (“Lakeland
Housing Authority” or “LHA”)
is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide annual inspections of 1400 Housing Choice Voucher participant and 477
Low Rent Public Housing/LIHTC units.
Inspections must be conducted utilizing the Public Housing Assessment
Systems REAC Protocol and the UPCS for the HCV Units with REAC minimum
scoring summaries per Public Housing unit.
Responses must be submitted by 4:00 p.m.,
Eastern Time, on July 7, 2011. The Request for Proposal may be obtained by emailing your request to Procurement@
